Donn Mann, CEO Donn has been married to Cathy since 1962 after meeting at the University of Nebraska. They have two children and three grandchildren. Their daughter Kim and her family currently live in Florida. Son Jeff is President of Mann Custom Homes, Inc.
Donn graduated from Utica High School, where his father was superintendent of schools, and continued his education at UNL, where he studied architecture and earned his BS degree in education. He taught industrial education and math for fifteen years. After completing numerous remodeling and building projects during this period, he began building homes in 1973, rapidly earning a reputation as one of Lincoln’s superior builders.
Donn is a past president of Home Builders Association of Lincoln.

Jeff Mann, President Jeff got an early start in the construction company, helping out at the job sites by the age of eight. By his teenage years, he was helping on the framing crew, and learning the business from the inside out. Jeff graduated from Lincoln Southeast High School, and continued his education in construction management at the University of Nebraska. Jeff continues to take certified graduate builder classes. His knowledge and expertise in working with clients and subcontractors has been a great asset to the company. Jeff is currently a director of the Home Builders Association.
Jeff's wife, Christine, is an interior designer. Together, they have one daughter named Grace.

Cathy Mann Cathy has been involved with the company since it's inception, and coordinates client selections, subcontractor schedules, interior design, financing, marketing and advertising while working closely with clients and subcontractors. |

Kris Burt Kris is our office manager. She coordinates our office administration and handles all accounting. She also works extensively with clients and sub-contractors so that each project flows smoothly and communication is clear.

Brian Karnatz Brian is our field superintendent who wears many hats and is well known for going the extra mile with each of our clients. Brian makes sure that every last detail of a project is attended to, according to our high standards and those of each homeowner.

Subcontractors Mann Custom Homes, Inc. uses the same superior, professional subcontractors on every project. Each of these subcontractors take a great deal of pride in their work, and maintain the high standards and superior quality that they know we require in our homes.
